This policy is in place because we invest time and resources in selecting and training the best virtual assistants to meet your specific requirements, including providing backup VAs for continuity.

  2. Monthly and Weekly Subscriptions:

    • Unused Services: We offer a roll-forward option for any unused hours of service. This allows you to carry forward unused hours to the next month, subject to our terms and conditions.
